Ez az oldal azoknak a magánszemélyeknek szól, akik szakmájukon vagy vállalkozásukon kívüli célra bérelnek gépet. Kiegészíti a Bérleti feltételeket és az Általános szerződési feltételeket.

2. A szolgáltatás és a szerződés
Gépeket bérbe adunk, kérésre kezelőt és szállítást is biztosítunk. A fő jellemzőket, az ÁFÁ-val növelt árat, a bérleti időtartamot és a szállítási feltételeket az írásbeli visszaigazolásunk tartalmazza. Kaució nincs. A fizetés számla alapján, átutalással történik; a weboldal nem fogad fizetést. A szerződés azzal jön létre, hogy a bérlést írásban visszaigazoljuk, magyar, angol vagy német nyelven.
3. Elállási jog (14 nap)
Ha a szerződés távollévők között jön létre (például e-mailben vagy telefonon), indokolás nélkül elállhat tőle 14 napon belül. A határidő a szerződéskötés napján kezdődik.
- Hogyan: küldjön nekünk egyértelmű nyilatkozatot e-mailben vagy postán, vagy használja az alábbi nyilatkozatmintát. Elég, ha a nyilatkozatot a határidő lejárta előtt elküldi.
- Visszatérítés: az elállási nyilatkozat kézhezvételétől számított 14 napon belül visszatérítünk minden befizetést, ugyanazzal a fizetési móddal.
- Ha a bérlés már megkezdődött: ha kérte, hogy a bérlés az elállási határidő alatt induljon, az elállásig eltelt időre arányos összeget fizet. A bérleti szerződésben van egy sor, ahol ezt a kifejezett kérését megerősítheti.
- Teljesített szolgáltatás: ha a bérlés teljesen lezajlott az Ön kifejezett előzetes hozzájárulásával, és tudomásul vette, hogy a teljesítéssel elveszíti az elállási jogot, az elállási jog megszűnik.
- Már kiszállított gép: haladéktalanul, de legkésőbb az elállási nyilatkozatot követő 14 napon belül tegye elvihetővé.
4. Díjmentes lemondás
Emellett a bérlés kezdete előtt 48 órával bezárólag díjmentes lemondás is megilleti (a Bérleti feltételek 9. pontja). Az Önnek kedvezőbb jogot választhatja.
5. Panaszok és jogviták
- Panaszát küldje az office@maygep.com címre, telefonon vagy postán a fenti címre. Az írásbeli panaszra 30 napon belül válaszolunk.
- Ha nem tudjuk rendezni, a lakóhelye szerint illetékes békéltető testülethez fordulhat; mivel a székhelyünk Budapesten van, a Budapesti Békéltető Testület is illetékes. Fordulhat a fogyasztóvédelmi hatósághoz vagy bírósághoz is.
6. Elállási nyilatkozatminta
Csak akkor töltse ki és küldje vissza, ha el kíván állni a szerződéstől.

2. The service and the contract
We rent out equipment, and on request provide an operator and delivery. The main features, the price including VAT, the rental period and the delivery terms are set out in our written confirmation. No deposit is required. Payment is made by bank transfer on invoice; this website does not take payments. The contract is concluded when we confirm the rental in writing, in Hungarian, English or German.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If the contract is concluded at a distance (for example by email or phone), you may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
- How: send us a clear statement by email or post, or use the model form below. It is enough to send the notice before the period ends.
- Refund: we refund all payments within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method.
- If the rental has already started: if you asked us to start the rental during the withdrawal period, you pay a proportionate amount for the period until you told us you withdraw. The rental contract contains a line where you can confirm this express request.
- Fully performed service: if the rental has been completely performed with your express prior consent, and you acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is performed, the right ends.
- Machine already delivered: make it available for collection without delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.
4. Free cancellation
In addition, the free cancellation until 48 hours before the rental starts (section 9 of the Rental conditions) applies. You may use whichever right is more favourable to you.
5. Complaints and disputes
- Send complaints to office@maygep.com, by phone or by post to the address above. We answer written complaints within 30 days.
- If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the conciliation board competent for your place of residence; as our registered office is in Budapest, the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület) is also competent. You may also contact the consumer protection authority or go to court.
6. Model withdrawal form

2. Die Leistung und der Vertrag
Wir vermieten Geräte und stellen auf Wunsch einen Bediener und die Lieferung bereit. Die wesentlichen Merkmale, der Preis einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer, die Mietdauer und die Lieferbedingungen ergeben sich aus unserer schriftlichen Bestätigung. Es wird keine Kaution verlangt. Die Zahlung erfolgt per Überweisung gegen Rechnung; diese Website nimmt keine Zahlungen entgegen. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn wir die Vermietung schriftlich bestätigen, auf Ungarisch, Englisch oder Deutsch.
3. Widerrufsrecht (14 Tage)
Wird der Vertrag im Fernabsatz geschlossen (z. B. per E-Mail oder Telefon), können Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Die Frist beginnt am Tag des Vertragsschlusses.
- Wie: Senden Sie uns eine eindeutige Erklärung per E-Mail oder Post oder nutzen Sie das untenstehende Muster-Widerrufsformular. Es genügt, die Erklärung vor Ablauf der Frist abzusenden.
- Erstattung: Wir erstatten alle Zahlungen innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang Ihrer Erklärung über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel.
- Wenn die Miete bereits begonnen hat: Haben Sie verlangt, dass die Miete während der Widerrufsfrist beginnt, zahlen Sie einen anteiligen Betrag für die Zeit bis zu Ihrem Widerruf. Im Mietvertrag können Sie dieses ausdrückliche Verlangen bestätigen.
- Vollständig erbrachte Leistung: Ist die Miete mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen vorherigen Zustimmung vollständig erbracht worden und haben Sie bestätigt, dass Sie mit der vollständigen Erbringung Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren, erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.
- Gerät bereits geliefert: Halten Sie es unverzüglich, spätestens aber innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Ihrer Erklärung zur Abholung bereit.
4. Kostenlose Stornierung
Zusätzlich gilt die kostenlose Stornierung bis 48 Stunden vor Mietbeginn (Punkt 9 der Mietbedingungen). Sie können das für Sie günstigere Recht nutzen.
5. Beschwerden und Streitigkeiten
- Beschwerden senden Sie an office@maygep.com, telefonisch oder per Post an die obige Adresse. Schriftliche Beschwerden beantworten wir innerhalb von 30 Tagen.
- Können wir den Fall nicht lösen, können Sie sich an die für Ihren Wohnort zuständige Schlichtungsstelle wenden; da unser Sitz in Budapest ist, ist auch die Budapester Schlichtungsstelle (Budapesti Békéltető Testület) zuständig. Sie können sich auch an die Verbraucherschutzbehörde wenden oder den Rechtsweg beschreiten.
